Store Policies

Cancellation Policy: In order to ensure our customers receive their Cool Gear products as quickly as possible, we are unable to accept changes or cancelations after an order is placed. If you receive your order but would like to return it, please refer to our return policy for instructions.

Return Policy:  If you would like to return your Cool Gear order, please pack it up in its original packing along with a letter of explanation and copy of your invoice to the address below:

Upon receipt of the package, a refund will be processed less the amount for shipping. Refunds will be credited to your account in accordance with the policies of your bank.

Replacement Policy:  We pride ourselves on the design and quality of our products and stand behind them 100%. Cool Gear will replace products that are defective due to a factory error. Consumers must provide valid proof of purchase and be able to send back the product for our Quality Control team to evaluate. Any product that is damaged due to improper use, customer error or normal wear and tear will not be replaced. If your Cool Gear product meets these requirements, please contact customer service and we will be happy to start the replacement process with you. We reserve the right to send a comparable product, style or design if the one that you have is out of stock or discontinued.

Shipping Information: Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery. Holiday orders can take longer due to USPS volume. Shipping rates apply to continental U.S. only.  Please call for shipping rates for orders outside continental U.S. UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS Next Day Air are based on BUSINESS DAY (Monday - Friday) delivery. Cool Gear International does not currently offer expedited shipping services that deliver on Saturdays, Sundays. We currently do not process or ship international orders.

Color Substitutions: We cannot guarantee color or graphic preference if desired color or design is out of stock. We reserve the right to substitute.
