Orders placed with Standard U.S. Shipping should be expected to arrive within 4-8 business days once shipped.
All orders are processed and shipped out of our Plymouth, Massachusetts facility Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (EST).

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, APO & U.S. Territories
Free shipping excludes orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO/APO, and the U.S. Territories. Shipping to these areas will be charged real-time shipping based on USPS current rates. Shipping rates for orders outside the Contiguous United States are calculated before tax and applied during checkout.
We now ship to CANADA!
Shipping charges are based on current USPS International rates. All taxes, duties, and tariffs will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Our easy returns system makes getting a refund or replacement product hassle-free within the first 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will refund, exchange, or replace parts for defective items. Any items damaged or defective due to the manufacturing process can be replaced free of charge within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt only. Returns and Exchanges
Unused, new merchandise purchased only at coolgearinc.com, with the original tags/stickers attached, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. If your products arrives damaged, we require proof of the damage, which may include pictures of the shipping box. If you receive a damaged package, please take a picture of it before you open it! We use UPS and USPS to process our returns. We require a Return Authorization for all returns, which we will email you upon review and acceptance of the return request. To see if you qualify, please begin the RMA process here (coolgearinc.com/RMA). You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days after the product has been received back at our warehouse and inspected. Any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. All returns or exchanges may be, at our discretion, subject to a 30% Restocking Fee based upon the original listed item price prior to any discounts. You will be notified via the email address listed on your order when any credit transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase without an RMA will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer COD. We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges.
If you are returning or exchanging a gift that was purchased at coolgearinc.com, please call us at (855) 393-2665 so we can track down the order number for you. All other purchases must be returned from where they were purchased.

If you purchased a Cool Gear product at another online retailer such as Amazon or eBay, you must contact the seller directly through that online sales channel. Merchandise purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We cannot offer any satisfaction or manufacturing defects warranty on any Cool Gear product purchased from unauthorized resellers. We have very limited authorized online resellers. We list products on Amazon (ships and sold by COOL GEAR INTERNATIONAL) and on eBay (seller coolgearinc). All defect claims for online purchases must be verifiable within our ordering systems.
